How to Transfer a Patient Between Wards

Step 1: Log In to LinkedCare

Visit web.linkedcare.com in your web browser.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Sign in using your authorized Doctor credentials.

Step 3: Open the IPD Patients List

Navigate to the IPD section and open the list of admitted patients.

Step 4: Select the Patient

Search for and select the patient you want to transfer to another ward.

Step 5: Open the Transfer Ward Option

Click the Transfer Ward button from the patient's IPD profile.

Step 6: Select the New Ward and Bed

Choose the Destination Ward and Available Bed from the dropdown list.

Step 7: Enter Transfer Details

Provide the required transfer information, such as:

Transfer Date & Time Reason for Transfer (if applicable) Remarks (optional) Step 8: Save the Transfer

Click Save or Transfer to complete the ward transfer.

Result

The patient is successfully transferred to the selected ward, and the updated ward and bed allocation are reflected in the patient's IPD record.

Note: Ensure that an available bed is selected in the destination ward before completing the transfer.
