<h1>Add Pre Op Checklist</h1>

<p>This guide explains how to create a Pre-Operative (Pre Op) Checklist for different surgery types in LinkedCare. The configured checklist will be available while performing an OT procedure from the Doctor Dashboard.</p>

<h2>Step 1: Open LinkedCare</h2>

<p>Visit <strong>web.linkedcare.com</strong> in your web browser.</p>

<h2>Step 2: Log In as Clinic Admin</h2>

<p>Sign in using your <strong>Clinic Admin</strong> credentials.</p>

<h2>Step 3: Navigate to the Pre Op Checklist Section</h2>

<p>From the navigation bar, click <strong>IPD</strong>. From the drop-down menu, select <strong>Pre Op Checklist</strong>.</p>

<h2>Step 4: Add a New Checklist</h2>

<p>Click the <strong>Add Checklist</strong> button.</p>

<h2>Step 5: Select the Surgery Type</h2>

<p>Select the <strong>Surgery Type</strong> for which you want to create the Pre Op Checklist.</p>

<p><strong>Note:</strong> The list displays all surgery types that have been created in the <strong>Surgery Type</strong> section.</p>

<h2>Step 6: Enter Checklist Details</h2>

<p>Provide the following information:</p>

<ul>
  <li><strong>Pre Op Checklist Name</strong></li>
  <li><strong>Mandatory</strong> (Yes or No)</li>
</ul>

<p>Click <strong>Save</strong>.</p>

<h2>Step 7: Add Additional Checklist Items</h2>

<p>Repeat the above steps to add multiple Pre Op Checklist items for the same or different surgery types.</p>

<h2>Success</h2>

<p>Your Pre Op Checklist has been configured successfully. It will be available while performing OT procedures from the <strong>Doctor Dashboard</strong>.</p>
