How to Change Online/Offline Status

Step 1: Log In to LinkedCare

Visit web.linkedcare.com in your web browser.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Sign in using your Doctor credentials.

Step 3: Locate the Status Indicator

On the Doctor Dashboard, locate the Status dropdown at the top of the page. By default, your current status (such as Online) is displayed.

Step 4: Open the Status Menu

Click on the Status dropdown to view the available options:

Online Away Offline Step 5: Select Your Status

Click on the desired status to update your availability.

Online – Indicates that you are available for consultations. Away – Indicates that you are temporarily unavailable. Offline – Indicates that you are not available for consultations. Result

Your availability status is updated successfully and is reflected on your Doctor Dashboard, allowing staff and patients to view your current availability.
