How to Add Patient Vitals
Step 1: Log In to LinkedCare
Visit web.linkedcare.com and log in using your Doctor or Assistant credentials.
Step 2: Open the Appointment Section
Navigate to the Appointment section. All scheduled and assigned patient appointments will be displayed here.
Step 3: Open the Vitals Section
Select the required patient and click Vitals to open the patient vitals screen.
Step 4: Enter the Patient Vitals
Fill in the required vital details, which may include:
- Height
- Weight
- Body Temperature
- Blood Pressure (BP)
- Pulse Rate
- Respiratory Rate
- Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)
- Blood Sugar (if applicable)
Note: The available vital fields may vary depending on the hospital's configuration.
Step 5: Save the Vitals
After entering all the required details, click Save to record the patient's vitals.
Success
The patient's vitals have been added successfully and are now available for review during the consultation.
