How to Acknowledge Medication Notifications

Step 1: Log In to LinkedCare

Visit web.linkedcare.com in your web browser.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Sign in using your Doctor credentials.

Step 3: Open the Notifications Section

From the Doctor Dashboard, click on the Notifications option.

Step 4: View Pending Medication Notifications

Review the list of medication notifications submitted by the Nurse or Junior Doctor. Select the notification you want to review.

Step 5: Review the Medication Details

Verify the medication details and any relevant information provided in the notification.

Step 6: Acknowledge the Notification

Click Acknowledge to approve the medication administration.

Step 7: Add Notes (Optional)

If required, enter any remarks or clinical instructions in the Notes field.

Step 8: Save the Acknowledgement

Click Save to confirm the acknowledgement.

Result

The medication notification is successfully acknowledged, and your approval along with any notes is recorded in the patient's medical record.
