Set a Prescription Template

This guide explains how to create and assign a prescription template for your clinic or hospital in LinkedCare.

Part 1: Create a Prescription Template

Step 1: Open LinkedCare

Visit web.linkedcare.com in your web browser.

Step 2: Log In as Clinic Admin

Sign in using your Clinic Admin credentials.

Step 3: Navigate to the Prescription Templates Section

From the navigation bar, click Clinics. From the drop-down menu, select Prescription Templates.

Step 4: Create a New Template

Click the Add Template button.

Step 5: Enter Template Name

Provide a suitable name for your prescription template.

Step 6: Customize the Template

You can customize the prescription layout according to your clinic's requirements by configuring the following sections:

  • Paper Size
  • Margins
  • Header
  • Sub Header
  • Footer
  • Patient Details
  • Doctor Signature

Step 7: Configure the Header

  • Enable and expand the Header section.
  • Enter the Header Height.
  • Upload your header image.
  • Adjust the header height until the header fits properly on the prescription.

Step 8: Configure the Sub Header

  • Enable and expand the Sub Header section.
  • Enter a suitable Sub Header Height.
  • Click Details to enable patient information fields.
  • Select the required fields such as:
    • Patient Name
    • Age
    • Gender
    • ABHA Number
    • Patient ID
    • And other available details
  • Position each field by adjusting the Top and Left values.

Step 9: Configure the Footer

  • Enable and expand the Footer section.
  • Enter the Footer Height.
  • Upload your footer image.

Once all the required settings have been configured, click Save to create the prescription template.

Part 2: Assign the Template to Your Clinic

Step 10: Open the Clinics Section

From the navigation bar, click Clinics and select Clinics from the drop-down menu.

Step 11: Edit Your Clinic

Locate your clinic or hospital and click the Edit button.

Step 12: Select the Prescription Template

  • Scroll down to the Template section.
  • Select the prescription template you created.
  • Click Save.

Success

Your prescription template has been created successfully and assigned to your clinic. All newly generated prescriptions will now use the selected template.
